Preparation tips:For 800 g of pork chops: Place the meat in the bag, sprinkle the seasoning and add the water: 800 g of pork chops + 3 tablespoons of water. Close the bag with the clip provided, mix gently and place it in a suitable dish. Bake on a wire rack in a preheated oven: Bottom of traditional oven 180°C: 25 min; Middle gas oven 160°C: 25 min. Open the bag, being careful of the steam, take out the meat. Mix, it's ready! No need to salt.
