Sachet of milk chocolate with caramel (110 g): sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, caramel 5% (WHEY, BUTTER, maltodextrin, sugar, skimmed MILK), WHEY filtered in powder, natural flavor, natural vanilla flavor, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. Cocoa: 37% minimum. Sachet of preparation for cookies (226 g): WHEAT flour, sugar, baking powder: sodium diphosphates and carbonates. May contain: milk.

Preparation tips:For 16 cookies. Add 70 g of butter and 1 egg. Preheat your oven for 10 minutes at th 6/7 (200°C). Pour the contents of the sachet of preparation into a salad bowl, add an egg and 70 g of soft butter. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous paste then add the mini-palets. Knead the dough until it forms a ball. Form 16 balls and arrange them on a sheet of parchment paper placed on the baking sheet. Flatten slightly by hand. Bake for about 12 minutes in a traditional oven and 8 to 9 minutes in a convection oven. Let cool for 5 minutes. For successful baking, watch your cookies 2 to 3 minutes before the end of the indicated time.
