Preparation tips:CREOLE COOKING Pour 1 part rice into 5 parts boiling salted water. Cook for 13 minutes covered and over medium heat. Finally, drain and enjoy. PILAF COOKING Fry 1 volume of rice in 1 tablespoon of oil or butter until the grains are translucent. Add 2.5 volumes of salted boiling water. Cover and cook over medium heat until all the water has been absorbed (about 15 minutes).
