Preparation tips:Soups + smooth Sauces + light Dissolve the MAIZENA® Corn Flower in a glass of cold liquid (water, milk, broth). Then add to the hot liquid of your preparation. In a salad bowl, dissolve the MAIZENA® corn flower and the flour in the milk. Add the eggs previously beaten in an omelette and the packets of alsa® vanilla sugar. Mix. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. In a lightly oiled and very hot frying pan, pour your batter using a ladle. Cook your pancake over high heat then flip it using a wooden spatula. Let brown on the other side. Garnish and enjoy hot! Chocolate cake + moist 60 g MAIZENA® corn flower - 60 g flour - 200 g chocolate - 125 g sugar - 125 g butter - 4 eggs - 1 packet of alsa® baking powder. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie. Book. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes white and frothy. Add the alsa® baking powder, flour and MAIZENA® corn flower. Then add the melted butter and chocolate. Pour the mixture into a buttered cake tin. Bake for 20 minutes. Bechamel+ light 40 g of MAIZENA® corn flower - 50 cl of milk - 20 g of butter. Dissolve the MAIZENA® Corn Flower in the cold milk. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Then incorporate
