A business established in another EU country with a valid EU VAT number (checked in the VIES system) is invoiced without VAT and accounts for it in its own country under the reverse-charge mechanism. Export sales outside the EU are also invoiced without VAT.
There is no overall minimum order: you order by the case or by the pallet. Some products are sold in a minimum quantity, shown on the product page. The larger the volume, the better the shipping terms.
Every order comes with its invoice, and a pro forma invoice is provided for payment by bank transfer. For shipments outside the EU, we prepare the export documents; the EUR.1 certificate of origin is available on request.
