Preparation tips:Pour one volume of rice into 5 volumes of salted boiling water. Cook for 10-12 minutes covered and over medium heat. Finally drain and enjoy. Fry 1 volume of rice in a spoonful of oil or butter until the grains are translucent. Add 1.5 parts boiling salted water. Cover and cook over medium heat until all the water has been absorbed (about 11 minutes).
