Preparation tips:
For 1 pork roast of about 700 g. Place the meat in the bag, sprinkle with the seasoning and add 7 tablespoons of water. Close the bag with the clip provided, mix gently and place it in a suitable dish. Bake on a grid in a preheated oven: bottom of traditional oven 200°C 1h10, bottom of convection oven 200°C 1h, middle of gas oven 180°C 1h10. Open the bag, being careful of the steam, take out the meat. Mix, it's ready! No need to salt.
