Preparation tips:

In the pan: 400 g of fish, 100 g of vegetables + 2 teaspoons in 200 ml of water and 1 teaspoon of starch. For a sauce: Mix 200 ml of water, 1 teaspoon of stock, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch and bring to the boil for 2 minutes, whisking. + off the heat, add 1 tablespoon of cream and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. In foil: 1 steak/1 level teaspoon of stock + 100 g of vegetables. No need to salt.
