Preparation tips:1 cube (9.5 g) = 1/2 L of water. No need to salt. For your soups: Cook 800 g of vegetables in water. Mix, add 1 cube in pieces and mix. Dissolving the cube is fast! For your pasta and rice (250 g): Add 1 cube directly to boiling water. For your sauces: Add 1 cube for 400 ml of coulis or 1 cube for 400 ml of béchamel.
