Preparation tips:*Pilaf cooking recommended by Taureau ailé Fry 1 volume of rice in 1 tablespoon of oil or butter until the grains are translucent. Add 1.5 parts boiling salted water. Cover and cook over medium heat until all the water has been absorbed (about 11 minutes). *Creole cooking Pour 1 part rice into 5 parts boiling salted water.
