Preparation tips:1-In a coffee maker: dose in your filter the equivalent of half of what you would put in coffee; For example, for 8 cups of coffee: replace the usual 4 doses of coffee with 1 dose of chicory beans + 2 doses of coffee. 2-In infusion: 1 to 2 teaspoon of Chicory Grains for 250ml of water or milk for 5 minutes (in a tea ball for example); 3-In decoction: 1 teaspoon of grain chicory for 250ml. Boil for 5 minutes then strain through a coffee or tea filter. 4-A natural way to clean the air: a few grains of chicory that are burned in an incense burner (or in a saucer) deodorize the air in all your rooms.
