Preparation tips:Dosage for 4 people: 2 glasses of couscous seeds (320g) + 2 glasses of water (480ml). Bring 2 glasses of salted water to a boil. A LA COUSCOUSSIERE: Dosage for 6 people: 500g of couscous seeds, 1L of water, 1tsp. tablespoon of oil, 1/2 tsp. teaspoon of salt, 50g of butter. Method of preparation: Put the couscous seeds in a salad bowl. Add a glass of water and the oil and let the water absorb. Mix to separate the seeds well. At the bottom of the couscous maker, pour the liter of water. Place the seeded couscous in the top of the couscous maker, let it steam for 8 minutes. The steam must pass through the seeds. Seed and salt before repeating cooking a second time. Remove from the heat, put the seed in a salad bowl then add the salt and butter. Seed, your couscous seed is ready.
