MICROWAVES: Mix 1 part couscous, 1 part cold water and 1 tbsp. tablespoon oil in a deep dish. Spend 3 to 4 min in the microwave (800W). Fluff with a fork. It's ready! TRADITIONAL: For 8 people: In a hollow dish: Pour 1KG of couscous seeds. Add 2c. tablespoons of oil and 2 to 3 glasses of water. Let the water absorb. Bring 1.5L of water to a boil in the lower part of the couscoussier. Mix the seeds by rolling them with your fingertips to separate them well. Put the seeded couscous in the upper basket of the couscoussier. Cook for 10 mins. Seed, salt before repeating the cooking. Seed, butter and serve.
