Preparation tips:

TO MAKE YOUR PASTA(1): 1. Mix the milk and the eggs in a bowl (see quantities below) using a whisk. 2. Gradually add half of the sachet (255 g), then the sugar and the melted butter (according to the recipes, see the quantities below). 3. Mix until a homogeneous paste is obtained. QUANTITIES (FOR HALF THE SACHET (255 g)): For approximately 16 CREPES(1): • 500 ml of milk and 4 eggs. For approximately 10 WAFFLES(1): • 200 ml of milk and 3 eggs. • 75 g of sugar and 80 g of melted butter. For approximately 18 PANCAKES(1): • 200 ml of milk and 2 eggs. • 20 g of sugar and 50 g of melted butter. • Leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes before cooking. 4. Cook in a lightly oiled and hot frying pan / waffle iron. Decorate your crepes, pancakes and waffles according to your desires. (1)To ensure your recipes are gluten-free, make sure all ingredients you add are gluten-free.
