To make beautiful scoops of ice cream easily:
- Take out your Carte d'Or tray a few minutes before the tasting and make your balls as soon as the texture allows it
- Preferably use a special spoon for ice cream, and do not hesitate to dip your spoon in hot water regularly
- Once the ice cream balls have been made, store your ice cream container in the freezer to prevent the ice cream from melting
