This certification is granted only on a few specialty coffee makers that meet their rigorous technical requirements which are based on proper water temperature, brewing time, and ability to brew within the SCA Golden Cup recommendations. 100% ARABICA COFFEE - Costa Rica is the only country in the world where just 100% Arabica coffee variety is cultivated. Volcanic soil allows for deep drainage that's perfect for mineral access to plants resulting in full flavor coffee beans. FRESHLY ROASTED: El Gusto premium coffee beans are freshly roasted then immediately packed in triple-layer aluminum bags with valves to ensure the freshest quality whole bean coffee.
